Here are our current main sessions which are hosted weekly: All sessions must be booked using the runtogether app or website.
Tuesday Nights - St. Marys Island run
6:20pm ready for a 6:30pm start
Meeting outside Dockside Outlet Centre, check runtogether app for specific location for your pace. All abilities welcome.
Wednesday Nights - Out and back from Courtney Road, Tesco, Gillingham
This session is currently on hold
Thursday Nights - Various sessions
6:20pm ready for a 6:30pm start
Meeting on the Great Lines in Summer and outside Medway Park in Winter, check runtogether app for specific location for your pace. Sessions usually involve some form of form/technique training. We mix our sessions between fartlek, circuits, out & backs and hill sessions.
Saturday Mornings - Gt. Lines parkrun
8:45am for a 9am start
Due to resume late October 2020
Meeting at the bottom end of Gt. Lines Heritage park we regularly run in and volunteer at our local 5km parkrun. If you’ve never done parkrun before it is a free 5km run with 100s of others. You need to register beforehand, whilst registering please add ‘Medway Fit’ as your running club to appear in our club results/statistics. Once registered print off your barcode and take it with you for the run.
Saturday mornings - Marathon training
This session is currently on hold
Sunday mornings - 7am Loonie Run
6:50am for a 7am start
Meeting at Grange Road in the Park by the Premier Shop for 10km run. This is ideal for those who already run and want to improve.
Sunday trail run
This session is currently on hold
We tailor all our sessions to be suitable for almost all standards of runner from complete beginners through to more seasoned/experienced runners.
All runners need to register with our club via Run Together and also register your attendance for each training session you are attending ahead of time via our Run Together club page.

LATEST INFO
With the latest Government update and an instruction from England Athletics we will suspend our group runs until at least the end of April. I know that will be a big disappointment to many of you but it would be socially irresponsible for us to continue. We are not saying no running but recommend that you don’t run in groups.
As some of you know I love a monthly challenge so will share some on our Facebook for you all to follow that will help with your running when we can get back out as a team again
Please look after yourselves and everybody else, remember even if you would be fine with Coronavirus not everybody that you could pass it on to would be. The Medway Fit team is the most caring and selfless group of people I have ever met let’s stick together by staying apart during this crisis.
