Multiple free training sessions throughout the week...
Here are our current main sessions which are hosted weekly: All sessions must be booked using the runtogether app or website.
Tuesday Nights - Kent and Medway ICB Carpark, The Compass Centre, Universities at Medway | Multiple ability sessions
6:20pm ready for a 6:30pm start
All abilities session, April to October often an out and back run but sometimes a more structured session of around 40 minutes. October to March usually small ability group sessions but sometimes and out and back run.
Thursday Nights - Great Lines Heritage Park at the parkrun finish | Multiple ability sessions
6:20pm ready for a 6:30pm start
All abilities session, often a more structured session but sometimes a social run, around 40 minutes
Saturday Mornings - Great Lines parkrun
8:45am for a 9am start
Meeting at the bottom end of Gt. Lines Heritage park we regularly run in and volunteer at our local 5km parkrun. If you’ve never done parkrun before it is a free 5km run with 100s of others. You need to register beforehand, whilst registering please add ‘Medway Fit’ as your running club to appear in our club results/statistics. Once registered print off your barcode and take it with you for the run. Please be aware that due to maintenance on the footpaths in August 2023 there will be a modified route.
All our sessions are tailored to be suitable for runners from a range of standards from complete beginners through to more seasoned runners. All sessions must be booked via runtogether you can register online and see our sessions on our club page.
