RUNNING

Running is how Medway Fit started and for many of our group this is their main passion.

We meet regularly throughout the week for official and impromptu training runs and also compete in events most weekends ranging from 5km parkruns to ultra-marathons and everything in-between.

The bulk of our events are advertised via our Facebook group so we'd encourage you to add yourself to that to keep up-to date with any runs that might be suitable for you to engage with as well as keeping engaged with the everyday running conversations that happen across the group.

We run sessions for beginners who are just starting out on their running journeys through to more technical and specific sessions that focus on certain aspects of running form or areas such as nutrition, recuperation and gear/equipment.
