GYM & PHYSICAL CONDITIONING

Across Medway we have a wide range of great gym and workout facilities to make use of.

We have a number of our club who regularly work-out at different times and locations throughout the week who would be really happy to welcome you into their routines and training plans.

Strength and conditioning work is a great way of preventing injury and improving performance by developing core muscle groups.
