We have a number of our club who regularly work-out at different times and locations throughout the week who would be really happy to welcome you into their routines and training plans.

Most of our physical conditioning and gym based activities are based at Echoes Gym at Medway Park in Gillingham.
All of our gym and physical conditioning activities are completely fee free although the gym and training rooms we use will charge their own fees for you to use their facilities.
